Static mixer nozzle is a new technical product for mixing a variety of fluids (it is mainly used for the full mixing of Glue A and Glue B of two-component glue). Bayonet static mixer nozzle is mainly used in 50MLAB rubber barrel, which is applicable to the ratio of 1:1, 2:1 and 4:1.
Bayonet static mixer nozzle can be divided into circular static mixing nozzle and quadro static mixer nozzle according to the shape characteristics.
The spiral rods in the static nozzle of the circular bayonet static mixer nozzles are composed of left rows, and the right helical blades are arranged vertically and assembled in the casing in turn. The core of the circular bayonet mixer nozzle is composed of helical blades arranged in order, which makes the structural mixer nozzle efficient, economical and durable. When the two-component glue fluid passes through each leaf, each fluid is cut into 2 parts. It has better mixing effect, good interface sealing, and no adverse reaction with any two-component glue. Moreover, it can be used for automatic mixing of two groups of AB glue with viscosity less than 60000 CPS / 25 ℃.

Quadro static mixer nozzle is improved and innovated on the basis of circular static mixer nozzle, which is an efficient, economical and durable high-end product. It consists of upper, lower, left and right L-shaped blades arranged in turn. When two or more fluid；s pass through, the core of the quadro static mixer nozzle is composed of upper, lower, left and right I-shaped blades arranged in order. This structural mixer nozzle is a high-end product with the characteristics of high efficiency, saving and durability. After the two-component glue fluid passes through each blade, each fluid is cut into 4 parts, while the static mixer nozzle can only cut the glue fluid into 2 parts, that is, the mixing effect of the square mixing pipe is twice that of the static mixing pipe. Therefore, the quadro static mixer nozzle has better mixing effect, good interface sealing and no adverse reaction with any two-component glue. It can be used for automatic mixing of two-component AB glue with viscosity within 50000 CPS / 25 ℃
