GSM Disposable Static Mixers GSM plastic disposable static mixer can be adopted 9.4mm diameter, 50% PA66 and PP structure filled by glass. It is useful for difficulty of mixed distribution application which can deal with small flow of mixed distribution, such as adhesives, varnishes, polyurethanes, sealants, liquid silicone rubber and etc. The pipeline is made of PA66+50% GF for largest 6 ME and also for working pressure of 100 bar. GSM series static mixing tubes are x-type special structure, and their mixing efficiency is 3-10 times that of conventional spiral and square static mixing tubes. Suitable for high efficiency and fast mixing requirements of high adhesive, sealant, paint and other viscous materials mixing application, mixing effect is 8 N power, ordinary mixing pipe mixing effect is 2 N power.
